Shipping Information

We aim to dispatch your order within 1 to 3 business days upon order confirmation. Delivery typically takes 2 to 7 days from the date of shipment. Please be aware that during peak seasons, there may be delays in delivery.

Refund Policy for Canceled Orders

Refunds will be processed to the original bank account or card used for placing the order. Refunds or exchanges will be given only in the case of any defect or damage.

Refund or Exchange Policy for Damaged and Defective Products

Customers can initiate an exchange or refund for defective and damaged products by contacting us within 2 (two) days of receiving the order. The following conditions must be met:

  • The product(s) should be unused and unwashed.
  • Tags must be intact.
  • The product(s) should not have been purchased at a sale/discounted price.
  • The product(s) should not be custom-altered.
  • An unpacking video is required for damaged or wrong products received.

Customers are responsible for sending the parcel back to us. Please note that reverse parcels may take 3-20 days after pickup to reach us. Exchange orders will be processed after we receive the parcel.

Custom Tailored Items / Altered Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom-sized items or items that have been altered in any way unless there is a defect or damage.

Sale Items (if applicable)
